We don’t do anything fiendish with your information, nor do we want to.
It is important to us that you know how, why and when we collect information from you, and what we do with that information once we have it.
We use a few third party services to learn how our website is used by its visitors (you). We do this to help us make informed decisions in updating and modifying our website, making it easier for you to use and supplying you with better content.
We also use cookies to remember what notifications we have shown you so that we don’t show you them again.
The third party services we use are Google Analytics, Hotjar and Facebook. Google Analytics Hotjar and Facebook collect anonymous details about your visit to our website, such as what pages you looked at, how long you looked at them or what buttons you clicked on while looking at them.
The Facebook Pixel could be used to target relevant ads to you using the Facebook advertising platform.
The data collected by Google Analytics, Hotjar and Facebook cannot be used to identify you and only includes details about your browsing session.
We have two contact forms on our website, one on the Contact page, and one on the Support page. Obviously, if you fill out either of these forms and hit send, we will receive any personal information that you have chosen to send us.
The only personal information required to submit either of these forms is your email address, and we use this so that we can get back in contact with you regarding your message.
Any information supplied to us from our contact forms will never be entered into any marketing databases.
We have lots of links out to other websites, but just so you know, this privacy policy doesn’t apply to them. It only applies to our own website (the one you’re looking at right now).
If you want to view, amend or delete the personal information that we have about you, just let Matt know in an email to [email protected].
