There are two different type of verification badges you can request for your Facebook page, both are designed to let people know that your Facebook page or profile is authentic.
Now we know that Facebook does, of course, have data on you. It is after all their service you are using, but what about these third-party apps?
Luckily you can very easily check which apps you are sharing your data with by taking a look at your Facebook profile settings.

On a desktop click the small arrow in the top right-hand side of the page
Select “settings” and then select “apps”. You will then see all the apps who you have granted access too and can very easily click “remove” next to them.
