Rush Witt & Wilson onboarded with us in early 2018. As a well-established and long-running brand, they were already satisfied with their logo and website, however they knew they could benefit from some social media marketing and some more brand assets.

Since opting for our Enhanced Package, we have given their social media accounts a huge boost with regular, high-quality content. We promote their latest property listings using images and/or video, share relevant information to their fan base, and share call to action posts as well as testimonials.

To further increase engagement, share ability and brand awareness, we have run several successful Facebook competitions. Consistency is key when it comes to social media presence, which is why we make sure that content is being posted out from the Rush Witt & Wilson platforms every single day.

We have also produced marketing materials such as window stickers, flyers for sponsored events, adverts for and brochures.

The first brochure we designed for Rush Witt & Wilson was a Home Selling Guide for their vendors – a short document filled with handy advice for getting your property sold as quickly as possible and for the best value.

Combining elegant page layouts and stunning photography, incorporating design elements such as bold page headings, complementary font choice, drop caps, introductory paragraphs, pull-quotes and bylines, with all colour choices in line with their current branding, the result was a polished magazine style document with a more upmarket feel than anything they’d had before.

The front and back cover design was inspired by, and designed to replicate, the design that is wrapped around Rush Witt & Wilson’s company cars.

We kept to the same style guide when we designed a second brochure; a Lettings & Management Handbook for Landlords, ensuring that all printed marketing materials we produced were aligned with their brand identity.


Rightmove is one of the leading property listing sites and, as you would expect, plays a large role in advertising properties for sale for Rush Witt and Wilson. As well as listing properties, Rightmove also run targeted ads for agents. We designed adverts to promote the service that Rush Witt and Wilson are known for; which is helpful, trusted advice. We used the tagline "Help, not hype" to push this message home.
